Cross-border traders could start selling on the Malaysian platform and be invited to expand to the remaining of their ventures.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS ON LAZADA:

Cross-border sellers on Lazada are requested only to use Lazada Global Shipping service for order fulfilment. However, retailers are free to choose any third-party logistic partner to deliver their parcels to Lazada’s fulfilment centres. Deliveries are fulfilled within eight days from a successful order.

LAZADA PROMOTIONAL TOOLS:

Lazada offers its advertising opportunities via Seller Centre. Sellers can expect to enjoy a better number of orders and revenues like up to 3.5x the average daily items sold, or up to 3x the average daily sales. The highest revenues are usually achieved during campaigns.

LAZADA FEES:

The Lazada business model is based on commissions that are between 0.5% and 12%, depending on the category of the product you want to sell on Lazada. On top of that, there’s a charge of 2% as transactions fees.
