    Tracy Cordova

    Director, Business Development Lead

    Tracy Cordova leads Business Development for Walmart’s global marketplaces. Tracy joined Walmart in 2019 in the HR product space before moving to the Global Marketplace team where she managed operations for Ship with Walmart and Partnership management for the Seller Growth team. Prior to Walmart, Tracy worked with an advertising agency to build Walmart Brand campaigns and internal training and communication for Walmart associates. She also has experience in higher education event planning and fundraising, food & beverage retail management, and news reporting.

      Emma Jones

      Lead - Digital Commerce Alliances and Retail & Luxury Strategic Partnerships

      Emma has worked for the Department for Business & Trade for over 4.5 years, initially as International Trade Advisor and now in HQs Digital Commerce and Retail Team as Lead for Strategic Partnerships & Alliances. Emma’s background is marketing and ecommerce on the client and agency side, which is when she first started her passion for SEO over 10 years ago. As a self-proclaimed digital nerd, Emma now leads several initiatives for the teams including B2B ecommerce and digital strategy for the EU. With 20 years overseas, Emma also has first-hand experience and understanding of different cultural markets having lived in Dubai and France.

        Ralph Aoun is a Global Marketing Manager at Meta specializing in Performance, Commerce and Cross-Border Business. Throughout his career, he held different roles as an entrepreneur, agency head, trainer, and television host. Ralph also acted as a communication consultant for numerous public figures and holds a bachelor degree in Computer and Communication Engineering.

          Thomas Panton


          Thomas is the founder and CEO of Canopey - the home for buying better. As a second time founder and ex-Greenpeace employee he brings a decade of experience in the climate consumer sector looking at ways to remove the barriers for individuals to make sustainable choices. During his MSc in Climate Change at the University of East Anglia, he has worked alongside some of the world’s most renowned climate scientists and he works closely with the Norfolk Chambers of Commerce to advise businesses across the region on how to hit their Net Zero targets.
          As a long time mental health advocate, and recent Muslim revert, Thomas has spent much of his time offering his own experience, knowledge, and empathy to others who are on similar journeys or experiencing similar pressures and stressors. He has spoken as part of groups to advise on high pressure roles and the impact on one’s mental health and well-being.

Starting her career with her own sports massage and personal training business, Mollie learnt the power of true audience first marketing from the outset.               Riccardo Scotti di Uccio

              Riccardo is a marketing executive focusing on emerging platforms, with over a decade of experience at Google, Twitter and Facebook/Meta in building foundations and strategies that enabled partners to understand and implement new ways of connecting with their audiences and customers. He currently leads Meta's emerging platforms efforts to define the role of businesses through new technologies such as metaverse, AR, VR and AI. He is originally from Rome, Italy, but has spent most of his life and career in Paris, Dublin, and London.

                Josh Gardner

                  Robert Turner is a Partner in Bird & Bird’s Commercial Group and Co-Head of the International Business-to-Consumer Group. He supports clients on complex, cross-border commercial transactions, with particular expertise advising sports and consumer brand clients.

                    Zoe Feller is a Partner in Bird & Bird’s Tax Group, specialising in corporate and asset finance transactions.                       Caspar Thykier

                                  Rob is a Partner in VAT and Customs Duty services at Crowe. With extensive experience as a VAT professional spanning almost two decades, he helps clients to manage indirect tax challenges affecting their business. His focus involves looking at the UK’s new position after Brexit and also the EU’s changes made to impact retailers in the e-commerce sector. He also leads within the VAT team at Crowe on the use of new technology to help improve data management for clients.

                                    Maria Koutsoudakis

                                    A seasoned marketing professional with experience across retail, FMCG and now Telco. Maria started her career at P&G working across local, regional and global brands in the beauty and grooming sector. Working on brand such as Pantene, Head & Shoulders and Gillette, she was responsible driving some of these brands to number 1 position in key markets. After 12 years at P&G she moved to retail, to head up marketing for M&S Lingerie. Across her 5 years at M&S she worked across all facets of retail marketing from trade marketing, brand campaigns, visual merchandising and digital coms as the Head of Clothing, Home & Beauty marketing. Her last assignment at M&S was heading up the newly created Customer Experience function, understanding what CX can bring to the world of retail. From there she joined Vodafone as the UK Brand Director. Responsible for the definition and creation of the Brand experience for Vodafone, her team is also responsible for all acquisition marketing across all touch points.                                         Jennifer McCloskey

Amongst other ventures he scoped, set up and then led Argos’ clearance stores and wider clearance operations; the Argos store on eBay (taking this to the first $100m equivalent turnover eBay store in Europe) and home delivery solutions for Argos in the ROI. Pete is the CEO and operational lead for Warehow.
