Which international markets are you seeing the biggest demand for your services and why do you think this is?
Whilst key European markets such as France and Germany still represent the largest market for UK retailers, there is a huge opportunity for retailers
in markets such as the US, Australia and Eastern Europe. We also see significant growth coming from South East Asia which has a market size comparable with China but with less barriers to entry.

What do you think will be the next big thing in ecommerce and why?
There will be huge amounts of growth across numerous channels such as international marketplaces and social commerce but the three key themes for future growth in eCommerce will come from logistics, payment and personalisation. Customers will continue to look for
Why did you want to be a part of Retail Without Borders?
This will be our 4th year at RWB and it really is the go-to event for the cross-border retail eco-system. It is a great chance to catch up with clients and partners and immerse myself in international marketplaces.
What are you most looking forward to at Retail Without Borders 2019?
Historically, RWB has always attracted some excellent keynotes so I look forward to seeing who they have opening the event this year.
