WHY SELL ON FRUUGO:

Fruugo is the largest UK based global marketplace, now in 32 territories with further countries opening up in 2019. Ranked in Deloitte’ Tech Fast 50 in 2018, Fruugo’s growth for the last 4 years has been extraordinary.

With 85% of all sales on Fruugo now being cross border there has never been a better time for retailers to join, either to expand their existing international trade or as a very simple entry point into new markets. All retailers need to do is provide Fruugo with one feed, in one language and in one currency and let Fruugo know which of our 32 territories they can ship to. All translations (to a high standard) and currency requirements are managed and all at no cost. Fruugo is and will always remain a ‘no-sale-no-fee’ based marketplace. Quite simply, if a retailer can ship it…Fruugo can sell it.

HOW TO SELL ON FRUUGO:

Retailers can start the process by signing up at https://sell.fruugo.com/. Once initial information has been submitted, retailers will be assigned a dedicated account manager who will contact them to qualify their interest and establish the best way to integrate, which can be either with Fruugo direct or a wide range of partner options.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS ON FRUUGO:

Our retailers manage all fulfillment, with retailers expected to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt of order. Fruugo allow up to 14 days for international shipping, with shipping rates set at the integration stage through a simple shipping template. Returns on sales made on Fruugo are the customers responsibility unless stated otherwise by the retailer.

FRUUGO  PROMOTIONAL TOOLS:

Fruugo spends a significant 6 figure sum globally every month through paid search driving qualified, in market shoppers direct to our retailers dedicated product pages. Fruugo are also a Google Premier Partner and white listed in 20 different Google territories, giving our retailers products instant visibility once listed.

In 2017 Fruugo, in partnership with Google, introduced with great success an innovative ‘commission dial’. This allows retailers to increase their commission to Fruugo, with every % of that increase factored into our bidding algorithm’s, all managed in house by our own data science team. Effectively all the risk remains Fruugo’s, but the gains are shared.

FRUUGO FEES:

Fruugo is a straight ‘no-sale-no-fee’ marketplace with a commission level set at 15%. Once listed no further resource is required by retailers to optimise visibility on the Fruugo marketplace as 97% of our traffic is driven through paid search direct to product, which significantly decreases our retailers cost per sale.
