Talia Lederman is the Partnerships & Category Manager at Catch Marketplace. Joining the Catch Group in July 2017, she leads the seller acquisition program through B2B partnerships as well as managing the Fashion, Accessories and Beauty Categories for Catch Marketplace. Her experience spans from business development, product sourcing and development, logistics and operations in both online retail and offline wholesale environments.
With a background in retail ecommerce and specialising in marketplaces, Lorna joined GS1’s engagement team to use her experience in trading online to help sellers and marketplaces come together using industry standards to improve buying experiences for customers. She previously ran the marketplace operations for global retailers such as Mothercare, Early Learning Centre, Boohoo.com and most recently the shoe retailer Dune London.

As part of Rakuten’s Overseas Sales Strategy Department, Ryo is responsible for new merchant acquisition for EU/APAC region. Prior to joining Overseas Sales Strategy, Ryo worked in domestic merchant development team where he conducted seminars and helped more than 200 companies to start and expand their e-commerce business through Rakuten.
International Compliance Manager
Laura manages the International Compliance team which offers support and advice to companies about the Packaging Waste, WEEE and Waste Batteries Regulations throughout Europe and the rest of the world. Laura’s team is responsible for managing over 1,700 data submissions internationally per year on behalf of our customers. Laura has a BA (Hons) degree in French from the University of Exeter.

For the last decade he has worked on Marketing and International Business Development, including the use of Marketplaces. Tony is now Chief Commercial Officer at Fruugo.com, the global marketplace, where he is responsible for generating incremental sales for retailers that use Fruugo's unique technology to reach consumers in over thirty countries worldwide.

Patrick is the Managing Director of ZigZag Global, the leading returns solution that helps retailers to cut the cost, waste and friction in the returns process, whilst boosting customer experience. Previously, Patrick spent 11 years as the co-founder of TranslateMedia, a language services agency focused on ecommerce and retail. Prior to TranslateMedia, he spent 9 years in South America where he worked in finance at a global mining group and then later as co-founder at a venture capital fund focused on ecommerce and SAAS.

Mark has an extensive international ecommerce experience, built up over 17 years in the retail industry. Country Director Germany & Rest of World at Boden for the last five years, he was responsible for leading the growth of direct business in Germany, France & Australia, as well as launching international marketplaces including Zalando in Europe and Tmall in China. Prior to this, Mark worked at ASOS, initially heading up their international growth in the US, Australia, France & Germany and then in the last 18 months launching their local websites in Russia and China.

Prior to this Marina spent 15+ years within Financial Sector and held positions including Head of Customer Proposition, Head of Entrepreneurship Strategy and Director of Enterprise and Community, where she spearheaded key differentiator propositions for RBS and Natwest. In 2014 Marina was the voice of Entrepreneurship at No 10 Downing Street roundtable discussion on start-up support. Her work was recognised through an accolade for Innovation in Supporting Enterprise at the Financial World Innovation Awards for Natwest.

Krish is a shipping and supply chain executive with more than 17 years of industry experience with companies including FedEx, Pitney Bowes, Neopost, and now ShipStation. An expert in cross border ecommerce, international fulfillment, and supply chain technology, Krish is often quoted in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, DC Velocity, Logistics Management, and Business News Daily. He is currently the Director of Strategic Alliances for ShipStation where he is focused on long-term relationships between ecommerce merchants and ecommerce marketplaces.

Al is CEO and Founder of ZigZag Global, and former head of Multichannel at Mountain Warehouse and OFFICE, with over 20 years experience in retail and ecommerce. Al was a retailer for many years on marketplaces running his own electronics business before moving into consultancy and software development. Al has extensive experience of marketplaces, delivery and courier models and technical integrations, ecommerce fulfilment needs with third party logistics providers. Al has worked with multiple retailers helping them to scale internationally.

Fabian Stächelin has dedicated his career to developing e-commerce in emerging countries. Following 7 years at eBay's European and Emerging markets team he has moved on to consult international organizations such as the UN and the World Bank. Fabian Stächelin is the driving force behind the strategic partnership linking eBay and the International Trade Centre - a joint UN and WTO agency - to provide small businesses in emerging markets with access to global e-commerce. He has been a promoter of e-commerce as a meaningful vehicle to foster economic empowerment and progress globally and has led projects in Morocco, Kenya and Central America. Currently he is focused on a pilot project in Central America aiming at connecting women owned SMEs to global markets via eBay. Fabian Stächelin holds a M.A. in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies at the University of Geneva.
Daniel Walton is the Founder and Managing director of UK camping brand OLPRO as well as a regular speaker on eCommerce, Sales, and on Social Media. OLPRO were voted the second best eCommerce site in the UK 2019 by the British Chamber of Commerce and being only 9 years old are already becoming an established brand internationally as well as in the UK. Daniel has focused the team at OLPRO on creating the brand and has seen the company grown from the back of it. Having worked in the Outdoor Leisure industry for over 20 years OLPRO was created to do something different for campers and outdoor enthusiasts.

James leads advisory work on international marketing, branding and e-commerce in the Sector and Enterprise Competitiveness section of ITC. Project work involves working with institutional partners and groups of SMEs in developing and least developed countries, helping them to acquire capabilities to promote their goods and services in international markets.
James is programme manager for ITC’s “ecommerce Connect”, which supports inclusive access to e-commerce through training, networking and the provision of tools and advice.

Mike Adams is CEO of Purple, an organisation changing the disability conversation with business. Purple see disability as a value opportunity and Mike is leading the development of products and services which are beginning to transform the landscape across all business sectors. Purple Tuesday, created and co-ordinated by Mike, has achieved national acclaim for its contribution to changing the customer experience for disabled people, including online accessibility. Mike’s previous working track record includes being one of the senior management team at the Disability Rights Commission, Director of the National Disability Team for higher education and co-director of a disability research centre at Coventry University. Mike was awarded an OBE in 2012 for his services to disability.
